At last! What I and many others in this hobby consider the finest example of a 4" Apochromatic Refractor has been acquired! The 105mm f6 (actually f5.8) Astro-Physics Traveler is without question the most difficult 4" Apochromat to find and purchase. The waiting list for this little gem stretches years in the future.

The Traveler makes a perfect companion to the FastMax 235. It is shown here riding piggyback on the FastMax 235. It balances well and will provide those wide field views and photographs that I seek better than any other telescope on the market. Both scopes are shown with the Kendrick Baader Solar filters in place. This piggyback arrangement allows two people to observe the same object as the alignment of the two scopes is almost perfect.

This Traveler completes my telescope collection. That is until Roland decides to make me a 12.5" or bigger Maksutov Cassegrain! ;-)
